We, MTO-Agency ltd, a company with its registered office in Montenegro with the company registration number 50740504 and the address of the registered office ul. vlada Ćetkovića br. 3/12 in Podgorica, we operate as a Montenegro tour operator, we operate as a licensed taxi service in Montenegro and only as an agent in the region of ex Yu space. Regarding all received reservations that are offered and that we make and / or make on your behalf in the territory of our region as well as in the territory of EU countries. For all passenger transport arrangements, your contract will be concluded with the supplier, ie. our partner in the respective arrangements (supplier / principal).

If you have any special requirements, let us know at the time of booking or before. We will forward all such requests to our partner, ie. To the Supplier / Principal, but we cannot guarantee that these requirements will be met and we will not be liable to you if. Please note that our suppliers / partners will operate on a contract basis and adhere to all rules in a business manner.

- Terms and conditions of the Agency

By making a reservation with us, you agree and accept these terms and conditions of the Agency
The person making the reservation agrees and agrees to the terms of use, so on behalf of all persons or companions in the reservation gives consent and agrees to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized on behalf of all persons listed in the reservation to disclose to us their personal data, including, where applicable, specific categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities); and to persons who are or are over 18 years of age, assumes financial responsibility for the payment of the reservation on behalf of all persons listed in the reservation.

  • Contract
    When making your reservation, we will arrange for you to enter into a contract with the applicable supplier / principal (ie transport provider) of the transport arrangement, as stated on your e-ticket. As an agent, we do not accept any responsibility for the actions or omissions of the Supplier / Client or for the services they provide. Your reservation with us is subject to these Terms and Conditions of the Agency and the special terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers / customers with whom you have entered into a contract and we advise you to read both carefully. The Supplier's / Principal's terms and conditions of reservation may limit and / or exclude the Supplier's / Client's liability to you. Ask us for copies of these if you do not have them. Your reservation has been confirmed and a contract between you and the Supplier / Client will exist when we send you a booking confirmation on their behalf. We have the right, on behalf of the supplier / customer, to reject any order you send that is sent at the last minute or short time. We do not guarantee that we will successfully assign a supplier / client for each booking request submitted. In the unlikely event that we are unable to assign a supplier / client for your booking request, we will send you an email to let you know as soon as possible.
  • Responsibility
    We do not accept any responsibility in connection with any contract you have entered into or for any transport arrangement or other services you purchase (Transport arrangements) or for the acts or omissions of any supplier or other person (s) or party (s) related to any by what arrangement.
  • Reservation
    You must check all the information you provide to us at the time of booking to ensure that it is accurate, including download information. After confirming these details, we will proceed with the confirmation of the reservation with the supplier / client.
    Please check that all names, dates and dates are correct upon receipt of all documents and notify us immediately of any errors. Any changes to these details caused by your error may be charged to correct them. The booking information you provide to us will only be forwarded to the relevant supplier / director of your passenger taxi arrangements or to other persons required to provide your taxi arrangements. Information may be provided to public authorities if they require it or as required by law. This applies to all special categories (sensitive) information you give us. By making this reservation, you agree to this information being passed on to the relevant persons. Certain information may also be passed on to security or credit check companies. If you are traveling outside the European Economic Area, data protection controls may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. If we are unable to pass this information on to relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we will not be able to secure your reservation. All details of our data protection policy are available on request and on our website.
  • Payment
    To book selected taxi arrangements, you must either pay in full at the time of booking or 20% of the total price, if the supplier / client offers this as an option, you can and have the right to pay directly to the driver in which case you must undertake to you will make such a payment to the driver at the time of booking. If you decide to pay the driver, make sure you have the correct amount of cash available, in local currency, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation email. If you choose to pay the driver, we will also require you to provide us with valid payment card information at the time of booking and reserve the right to charge you a taxi service on behalf of the Supplier if you do not make any payment on time or when any fees are due. modification or cancellation.
    If full payment is not received when required, we will notify the supplier / client who may cancel your reservation and charge cancellation fees listed in their booking conditions.
    Unless otherwise stated or stated in the booking conditions of the Supplier / Client concerned, all money you pay us for Taxi Transport Arrangements will be retained on behalf of the Supplier / Client and forwarded to the Supplier / Client in accordance with our agreement with the Supplier / Client.
  • Prices
    We reserve the right to change the advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: sometimes changes and errors occur. When booking, you must check the price of the taxi service and arrangements.
  • Special requirements
    If you have any special requests, please contact us when sending your reservation. We will forward all such requests to the supplier / client, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fully met and we will not be liable to you if they are not. Please note that our suppliers / directors will provide child / baby seats if requested whenever possible, however there may be rare cases where such seats cannot be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle changes, for example. Please note that we and our suppliers / directors cannot guarantee that the seats offered will exactly suit your child.
  • Your changes and cancellations of transfers
    Each of our suppliers / customers allows you to cancel free of charge provided you cancel at least 24 hours before the booked transfer pick-up time. You can cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours before the time of collection or arrival. We will confirm the cancellation conditions of the Supplier / Client that apply to your reservation in your e-Ticket.
    Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us by email on our website using the details contained in your confirmation email. Make sure you receive a written confirmation of any changes to your booking before traveling. The cancellation policy of the supplier / customer usually allows you to request changes to your booking online up to 24 hours before the time of collection or arrival. After this period, you must contact the supplier / director directly by calling the number provided in the booking confirmation email. We will confirm the terms of the Supplier / Client changes that apply to your reservation in your e-Ticket.
    While we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee that the Supplier / Client will meet all of the request for amendments. Amendments and cancellations may be accepted only in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Supplier / Principal of your transport arrangements. The Supplier / Client may charge cancellation or replenishment fees specified in their booking conditions (which may amount to up to 100% of the price of the Transport Arrangement).
    Please note: some suppliers / customers do not allow changes and therefore full cancellation fees may apply.
  • Changes and cancellations by the supplier / customer
    We will notify you as soon as possible within a reasonable time if the Supplier / Client needs to make a significant change to your confirmed transport arrangements or cancel them. We will also establish a relationship between you and the supplier / client regarding all alternative arrangements offered by the supplier, but we will not have any further liability to you.
  • Our responsibility for your reservation
    Your contract is with the Supplier / Client and its booking conditions apply. As an agent, we do not assume any responsibility for the actual provision of the Transport Arrangement. Our responsibilities are limited to booking in accordance with your instructions. We do not assume any responsibility for any information about transport arrangements that we pass on to you in good faith. However, in the event that we are found liable to you on any grounds, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the cost of the commission we earn on your booking (or the relevant portion of this if not everyone is affected by the booking).
  • Complaints
    Since the contract for your transport arrangements is between you and the supplier / client, we will forward to them any questions or concerns regarding your transport arrangements to resolve them.     Complaints must be submitted within 30 days from the date you used the services provided by the Supplier / Client. If you have a problem with your transfer arrangements while using them, you must report it immediately to the supplier / director. If you do not follow this procedure, there will be less opportunity for the supplier / director to investigate and correct your complaint. The amount of compensation to which you may be entitled may therefore be reduced or extinguished.
    If you would like to complain about any service we have provided to you (i.e. our booking service), please contact us directly.
  • Law and jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions of the Agency are governed by Montenegrin law and we both agree that the courts of Montenegro have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Vehicle descriptions and standards
    All descriptions are given by the relevant supplier / director. They are intended to provide a guide to the vehicles you should expect from your transport company. Standards and ratings may vary between countries as well as between suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any given assessment. The images of the make and model of vehicles shown on the quote page are for illustration purposes only and neither we nor the supplier / customer guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the supplier / customer. But we do our best to ensure that each client receives a vehicle from the category of vehicles he ordered, so that our partners who do business with us must adhere to the agreement on technical cooperation, as well as general guidelines and business standards. Because it is very important for us to maintain a high level of quality of the services we offer.
  • Travel times
    The specified distance and travel time are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction work and projects, traffic, weather or other events can cause road conditions to differ from published information, and you should plan your trip accordingly. Our experience and recommendation is to plan extra time when returning and traveling to the airport and to take into account all these well-intentioned tips and leave earlier.
  • Documentation and information
    All descriptions and contents on our website or that we have published in another way are made on behalf of the respective Supplier / Client and aim to present a general idea of the services provided by the Supplier / Client. Not all details of relevant services can be included on our website. All services shown are subject to current availability.   • 3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees customers the security of their purchase. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
  • PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly complying with all the requirements of card organizations in order to increase the level of security of merchants and customers. From 2005 until today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures when processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data during the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.

  • Please note that all payments will be effected in Euro (EUR). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.
  • When you fill out the booking form and book an airport taxi transfer, you automatically agree to the terms of use.
  • By paying in advance (including all total prices, the Taxi Provider may cancel the reservation without prior notice if it cannot charge the card and if the balance on the card is 0 on the specified date. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is on time (and whether your bank, debit card, or credit card information is correct and there is enough money in your account for the contracted transaction).
  • If you think that you will not arrive on the agreed date or time, or you are prevented from arriving on that date or at the exact scheduled time, contact us by email and tell us when we can expect you, so as not to cancel your reservation. If you are late, the amount you paid for the transfer is not refundable, and we do not bear any responsibility for the consequences (eg cancellation of your reservation in the last 24 hours before the scheduled transfer or any fee on that basis.
  • If you inform us in due time and at least 24 hours about the change and your inability to come on time and you have already paid the full amount for the service it will be refunded and reduced by 4% because it is a percentage that the Bank takes as a commission transaction and for the cost of sending money to the client's personal address or personal account, which may vary depending on the location and additional costs.
  • As the booking person, you are responsible for all actions and behavior (related to the Travel Experience) of everyone in the group. You are also responsible for obtaining their permission before giving us their personal information.
  • Payment of taxi transfers and other transportation services, etc. products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards - VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support online payment. Card payments are made in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Hipotekarna Banka and are made in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.
  • After entering the card information and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for another purpose.
  • The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are ready for transport and handed over to the courier service. In the event that the payment is not completed, or the amount is not deducted from the account within 14 days of accepting your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the money reserved on your account will be released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.
  • Check with the card issuing bank to see if your card supports online payments.
  • --In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card used for payment. Only if the request for a refund was sent earlier than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. This means that our bank will, at our request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

After filling up required fields you have to options to choose from. To make an online payment click PAY NOW buton


After clicking on a PAY NOW button you will be redirected on a preview page like one on a image bellow. On this page You will be presented with all details about Your reservation. After checking the details and confirming that you agree with Terms and Conditions click on "CHECKOUT NOW" button.

* Now you are redirected to the payment processing page which is hosted by "Allsecure". AllSecure doo Belgrade is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and MasterCard rules. This way all your Credit Card data are processed with a highest level of security and we do not have any access or store any of sensitive information on our side.

After filling Your credit card details click on PAY button.

If Your credit card is successfully charged You will be redirected on a success page like one on image below. You will be notified with all details by Email you provided in the Order Form

In case your Credit Card is not charged and there is some problem with the payment you will be redirected on Error page (see image bellow) with a reason why your card is declined if provided by your bank.
